Zupedia Scam: Be careful, otherwise your account may get emptied due to this online investment scam..

People are being trapped by fake apps, and the incidents of scams are increasing day by day. Now, the Cyber Police Kashmir has issued an advisory on the microblogging platform X and Facebook, advising people to be cautious of online investment scams. Cyber police have said that people are being scammed through the Zupedia app and Zupedia.com website.
This is how fraudsters plan the game
In this scam, people have to first register themselves. After registering, people are asked to rate the online content. After doing this for a few days, people are being persuaded to recharge with different amounts like 1950, 8000, and 24000.
After recharging, people are given many other tasks to do, and then for each task they are paid some amount initially. With this, the fraudsters win the trust of the people. After winning the trust, people also agree to invest more by getting convinced by the fraudsters.
After investing more, people are not able to withdraw their earnings, due to which people are suffering financial loss. Many times it has also been seen that in such scams, the fraudsters do not hesitate to empty the account of the people.
Online Fraud: Do these things immediately after fraud
Go to the Cyber Crime Portal of the Government of India (cybercrime.gov.in) and immediately register an online complaint without delay. Apart from the website, if you want, you can also call the helpline number 1930 and register a complaint. Filing a complaint increases the chances of getting the money back.
