YouTube: YouTube has made small content creators happy! They will get lots of views, launched Hype feature..

YouTube has launched a discovery tool, Hype, in India. It has been launched keeping in mind small and emerging creators. YouTube first introduced this feature for beta testing in Turkey, Taiwan and Brazil. Now the company has expanded its scope and launched it in India. Here we are telling you in detail about YouTube's Hype feature.
What is Hype and how does it work?
YouTube has introduced the Hype tool to increase the visibility of the content of creators with 500 to 500000 subscribers. You will now be able to like, share and subscribe as well as hype the video. A user will be able to hype three times a week. Along with this, users will be able to hype a video only within seven days of its publication.
Every hype will give the video points. The more points the video gets, the higher it will be in the leaderboard of YouTube's Explore section. The 100 most hyped videos will appear in this leaderboard. This will increase their visibility and the chances of appearing in the home feed of YouTube users.
To give opportunities to small content creators, YouTube adds bonus points based on subscribers. Creators with fewer subscribers will get more bonus points if their videos have a hype mark. The company says that this feature has been designed to give better opportunities to small and emerging content creators.
Feature released in India
The company has made the Hype feature live for all eligible channels in India. Viewers will see the Hype button in the newly published videos of small and emerging creators.
