What is YEIDA's scheme?

YEIDA has launched 20 plots in Noida Sector- 17, 18 and 22D. Whose number is different in all sectors. 6 plots have been released in Sector 17, 5 plots in Sector 18, and 9 plots for Sector 22D. After the last date, these plots will be allotted through e-auction. For which 20 January 2025 has been kept.

How to apply

To apply, one has to apply online by paying Rs 600 by visiting the website of Yamuna Vikas Pradhikaran.

To buy a plot, the applicant has to fulfill certain eligibility criteria. Such as the applicant should be a citizen of India, his age should be 18 years or more, and he should not have any residential property or plot in the jurisdiction of YEIDA.

To buy a plot, a loan facility is also available for the plot. The authority has tied up with four banks, which provide loans for plot and loans for registration money.

To buy a plot, there is also a facility to deposit money. 10% amount has to be deposited immediately after buying the plot. Whereas, 20% money has to be deposited within the next 30 days. The remaining 70% money can be deposited in installments within the next 5 years.
