₹5.87 Lakhs for a 162 sq. meter plot
₹7.25 Lakhs for a 200 sq. meter plot
Up to ₹10.51 Lakhs for a 290 sq. meter plot
An additional charge of 5% will be applicable for plots that are park-facing, corner plots, or those situated on a main road.

**How ​​to Apply?**
The application process is entirely online.
Applications commenced on April 6, 2026.
The deadline for submission is May 6, 2026.
The cost of the application form is ₹600.
Allotment will be conducted via a lottery system (draw), which is scheduled to take place on June 18, 2026.

**Eligibility Criteria**
The applicant must be at least 18 years of age.
An individual may apply for only one plot.
Applicants who have previously been allotted a plot under any other YEIDA scheme are not eligible to apply. Joint applications may be submitted only in conjunction with family members.

**Payment and Lease Terms**
10% of the total cost must be deposited at the time of application.
If a plot is allotted, the remaining balance must be deposited within 60 days.
The plots will be granted on a 90-year lease.
Under this scheme, 17.5% of the plots are reserved for farmers, and 5% are reserved for traders. Furthermore, this project has received approval from the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UPRERA).
