In her budget speech, the Finance Minister announced many big schemes including jobs, skills and internship of youth. Out of this, the announcement made regarding internship said that the government will start a scheme to provide internship opportunities in top 100 companies to one crore i.e. 10 million youth in the next 5 years. During internship, students will get Rs 5000 every month. Who will get 5 thousand rupees, what is the eligibility?
First of all, let us tell you that during the internship, students will be given Rs 5000 every month as internship allowance. Now who will get this money? So let us tell you that only the youth between the age of 21 to 24 years, who do not do a job or are not involved in full-time education, will be eligible for the Budget 2024 Internship Scheme. Apart from the internship allowance, the youth will also get a one-time assistance (assistant allowance) of Rs 6,000.
Out of the 60 thousand amount of allowance, 54 thousand will be given by the government, the remaining 6 thousand rupees will be given by the company from the CSR fund.
