Whatsapp New Feature: WhatsApp is working on a useful feature for its users that will allow you to send messages at pre-scheduled times. This means that if you want to send a greeting, reminder, or important information at a specific time, you no longer need to be online at that time.
According to new reports, this feature has been spotted in the latest beta version of iOS. It's reported that users will be able to type a message and select a date and time, after which the app will automatically send it at the scheduled time. This feature can work in both personal and group chats.
How will the Scheduled Messages feature work?

According to reports, scheduled messages will appear under a separate Scheduled Messages option in the Chat Info section. From here, users will be able to view or delete messages before sending them. Most importantly, this feature may be free for all users. Currently, it's in the development stage and not yet available to general users.
Spoiler Feature
WhatsApp is working on another new feature called Spoiler Formatting. This feature will allow you to hide a specific part of a message. The receiver won't see the text immediately; they'll need to tap on it to view it. This feature could be useful when you're sharing information about a movie, web series, or surprise and the other person doesn't want to see it immediately. So far, there are indications that this feature may be limited to text messages only. Whether it will be available for photos, videos, or voice notes is unclear.
Group Message History
In addition, WhatsApp is also introducing a feature called Group Message History. With this feature, when a new member joins a group, they will be shown 25 to 100 old messages to understand the gist of recent chats.
This eliminates the need for new members to scroll through long chats and allows them to quickly grasp the context of the conversation. Importantly, this entire process will be secured with end-to-end encryption, ensuring privacy is not compromised.
What do these mean for users?

All these updates aim to make chatting more convenient, secure, and flexible. Scheduled messages will save time, the spoiler feature will make sharing content more deliberate, and the group history will make it easier for new members to connect.
