WhatsApp Tips: Is anyone else using your WhatsApp apart from you? Check and change the settings in a second..
We have been using WhatsApp for many years, but very few people would know that there is a feature on it that can be seen whether anyone else is running our WhatsApp account other than us.
WhatsApp has become an important app in today's time. If we have to talk to someone about any small or big thing every day, then we do it through WhatsApp only. Whether it is through voice calls, voice messages, or talking by typing a message, everything is done easily. But as it is becoming an important part of our lives, hackers are also engaged in adopting new tricks to commit fraud through it. Therefore, special care must be taken for safety and security.
WhatsApp gives users many privacy features in the app so that safety and security cannot be tampered with. Many times it is heard that someone's WhatsApp has been hacked and the hacker has taken full access to the app. It also happens that after getting access, the fraudster asks for money from the people present in the contact by changing his identity. Anyone can get scared after hearing such things.
So today we will tell you how you can check whether there is anyone other than you who is secretly running your WhatsApp. It is very easy to know this because WhatsApp itself has a feature through which this can be seen.
The name of this feature is Linked Device. With the help of this feature, users can see how many places their account is logged in. To check this, you have to follow some steps. For this, first open WhatsApp, then go to Settings. After this go to Linked Devices.
Here you will see a list of where your account has been logged in. Here along with the login, you will also see the time when it was logged in. If you see here that there is a device linked here that you are not using, then it is wise to remove it immediately. Here every login account will have Logout written on it, click on it.
WhatsApp also says that Linked Devices should also be checked regularly. Do this, so that from time to time it can be seen on which device the WhatsApp account is logged in.
