WhatsApp has introduced a game-changing camera feature, allowing users to control zoom while capturing photos and videos.

Zoom range: Users can now zoom in from 0.5x to 3x directly inside the app. For iOS devices like iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max, zoom support up to 5x is available.

Dedicated controls: A new button inside the camera interface enables easy zoom adjustment.

Availability: The feature is currently being rolled out for iOS users, which will require the installation of WhatsApp version 24.21.82. Screenshots have been shared by WABetaInfo to highlight the new functionality.

Category selection: Users can now choose from categories such as recent chats, favourites, pinned messages, and frequently contacted persons.

Real-time updates: The widgets provide real-time data updates, enhancing integration with system features.
