A new feature in WhatsApp
According to the latest report from Wabetainfo, a platform that provides information about all the latest news and upcoming features of WhatsApp, WhatsApp has started rolling out a new feature for users using iOS operating systems like iPhone and iPad.
This feature is called "channel update forwarding". This means you will be able to share updates on your WhatsApp channel instantly. You can see in the image below that a new option to forward is shown next to the reaction column in the WhatsApp channel.
Benefit for iPhone users
This is a new option through which users can easily share any update on their channel with their friends, and relatives, or in group chat. Previously, to share an update from a channel, you had to go to the menu bar at the top of the chat box and select the forwarding option, which was a bit cumbersome. WhatsApp has now made it easy. Now it remains to be seen how much this new feature changes the experience of WhatsApp users on iOS and how much they like this feature.
