WhatsApp: Be it a marriage certificate or driving license, these documents can be made through WhatsApp only..

WhatsApp Governance Platform: Many times we have to visit government offices for even small government work and have to wait for hours. But now you are going to get a big relief soon. You will not have to visit government offices to make important documents like a marriage certificate, a driving license, or a caste certificate.
The Delhi government is going to launch a new platform called WhatsApp Governance soon. Through this, you will be able to take advantage of these services on WhatsApp from your phone. You will be able to apply from home, get documents checked, and also download your certificate.
You will not have to stand in long queues.
A senior official said that with this WhatsApp Governance service, the people of Delhi will be able to avail themselves of the facilities of many government departments from their WhatsApp account. For this, you will not have to download any separate app or go to the government office. This will make the use of services easy, transparent, and fast. Earlier, the Aam Aadmi Party government had started the doorstep delivery scheme, in which more than 30 services were available at home. But this scheme has been closed for the last year, and now there is talk of ending it completely.
For the last year, people have been facing the problem of long lines and middlemen to get certificates made. To make it easier, the government is now starting WhatsApp Governance. Modern technology and Artificial Intelligence, i.e., AI, will be used in this. Initially, 25-30 services will be available on this platform, such as a marriage certificate, a driving license, and a caste certificate. More services will be added later.
You will be able to download the necessary documents.
For this, the government will create a special mobile number. You just have to write Hi on WhatsApp and send it to that number. After this, you will be able to go to different departments and apply for the service you need and fill out the form. After checking the documents, you will be able to download your certificate through QR code on WhatsApp itself. There will also be an AI chatbot on this platform, which will work in Hindi and English. This chatbot will help you to use the services easily and will give information about government schemes through text, photo, or video.
Services will be available 24 hours.
This is a part of the Delhi government's digital transformation strategy, which will make government services available 24 hours a day. Initially, this will start with some special departments, and later all departments will be connected. This service will also be connected with Delhi's e-district portal. The government can complete this project in collaboration with Meta Company. For those who do not know how to use WhatsApp or who do not have a smartphone or internet, the government will open Common Service Centers in all districts. These services will be available there at a nominal fee of Rs 50.
