Under this feature, when you go to the Edit option to change your WhatsApp profile photo, you will also get the option to import photos from Instagram and Facebook. Till now, users could only select photos from the gallery, click with the camera, add an avatar or use AI generated images.

How to get this feature?

To use this feature, you must first link your WhatsApp account to your Facebook and Instagram accounts in Meta's Accounts Center. Meta introduced the option to add WhatsApp to Accounts Center earlier this year.

Meta has already introduced several features that have improved integration between Facebook and Instagram.
