If you wish to submit your certificate offline, you'll need to visit your bank with your Aadhaar card, pension ID, bank passbook, and a photo. The bank employee will then process your life certificate after verification.

Submitting your certificate online is also possible digitally. You can submit your certificate through the Jeevan Pramaan app or the Jeevan Pramaan portal. You must enter your Aadhaar number and perform biometric verification. After this, your life certificate will be submitted.

These individuals are eligible for the convenience of submitting their life certificates from home.

However, if someone is over 80 years old or has a disability, banks and post offices offer the ability to submit their life certificate from the comfort of their homes. Bank and post office employees visit their homes to submit the life certificate.
