CTET 2024: There is great news for candidates wishing to apply for the CTET December session. The registration process for CTET December 2024 has been started by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The application process has been started on the official website. Candidates who want to apply for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test can apply by visiting the official website of CBSE CTET ctet.nic.in.
Let us inform you that the last date to apply and deposit the fee for CBSE CTET is 16 October 2024, interested candidates should apply by this date.
What is the exam pattern?
There are two papers in this exam (Paper 1 and Paper 2). Paper 1 is conducted for classes 1 to 5. Whereas, Paper 2 is conducted for classes 6 to 8.
Both Paper 1 and Paper 2 are 150, 150 marks respectively.

Paper 1 has five subjects. These include Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Language 1, Languages 2
Paper 2 also has five subjects. These include Child Development and Pedagogy, Mathematics and Science/Social Studies and Social Science, Language 1, Languages 2
Paper 2 gives options of Social Science and Science and Mathematics.
CBSE CTET December 2024 exam will be held on December 1, 2024. It will be conducted in two shifts: first shift from 9.30 am to 12 noon and second shift from 2.30 pm to 5 pm.
How to Apply
Candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for the exam.
First of all, candidates visit the official website of CBSE CTET ctet.nic.in.
After this, click on the CTET December 2024 link available on the home page.
Then a new page will open, where candidates have to register themselves.
Once done, log in to the account.
After this, fill the application form and pay the examination fee.
Click on submit and download the confirmation page.
Finally, keep a hard copy of it for further need.
