Complete e-KYC via mobile.

According to the NHA, the Ayushman App allows beneficiaries to complete the e-KYC process themselves. To do this, you need to log in to the app using your mobile number. Once logged in, beneficiaries can select their scheme and relevant details to view their own information and that of their family members.

How to complete e-KYC using the Ayushman App

First, download the official Ayushman App.
Open the app and select the 'Beneficiary' option.
Enter your mobile number and log in using the OTP.
Select your state, the PM-JAY scheme, and your district.
Search for the beneficiary using their Aadhaar number, ration card number, or Family ID.
Select the 'e-KYC' or 'Redo e-KYC' option next to the name of the member whose e-KYC is pending.
Complete the identity verification using Aadhaar OTP or face authentication.
Submit the required live photo and other requested details.

How to download the card after e-KYC

Once the e-KYC is completed and details are verified, the beneficiary's status may appear as 'Approved'. You can then download the digital Ayushman Card by selecting the 'Download Card' option next to the respective member's name. The card can be saved on your mobile in PDF format.

Why is completing e-KYC important?

e-KYC is used to verify details related to a beneficiary's identity. Therefore, if you are eligible for the scheme and have not yet completed your e-KYC, it is essential to do so.
