If you are associated with a self-help group
If you are associated with an urban self-help group, there is no need to fill out the form.
You can contact your area-level organization (ALO/CRP).
You will be invited to a self-help group meeting to fill out the form.

If you are not associated with a self-help group
STEP 1
If you are not associated with a self-help group, click on the Jeevika link on the official portal.
You will be asked on the screen: Are you associated with a self-help group or not?
Here, you must click 'No', tick the pledge, and proceed.
Once you do, enter your Aadhaar number, name on Aadhaar, father's name, and mobile number.
Next, click on Send OTP and enter the OTP received on your mobile.
Then, fill in all the required information carefully and submit.

After applying online, a community resource worker working in that area will contact you.
After joining the group, you will fill out the application form for the scheme.

How can women in rural areas apply?
All women associated with the Jeevika Self Help Group are eligible for this scheme.
