What is the complete process of downloading a Voter ID from DigiLocker?
1. First, visit the website https://www.digilocker.gov.in/ or download the DigiLocker mobile app.
2. Then, click Sign Up, enter your mobile number, and click Next. This will send an OTP to your mobile. Enter it and verify the number.
3. Now complete your profile by entering your name, date of birth, and Aadhaar number. This will link your account to the government database.
4. After logging in, go to the Issued Documents tab in the menu on the left.
5. Here, you will see a list of government departments. Select the Election Commission of India.
6. The system will now ask you for some information, such as your name, father's name, date of birth, or voter ID number. Once you enter the correct information, your digital voter ID card will appear on the screen.
7. Then, click Download or Save to DigiLocker. Your voter ID will now be saved in your DigiLocker account. You can view it at any time, download it as a PDF, or print it if needed.
