For this recruitment, candidates must have a graduation degree from a recognized university. Applicants must have studied the Punjabi language as a subject until the 10th grade. A computer certificate course of at least 120 hours is mandatory. Basic computer knowledge is considered essential for this position.

The minimum age for applying is 18 years, and the maximum age is 37 years. Age relaxation is available for reserved category candidates and ex-servicemen as per government regulations.
