Junior executive positions include mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical, quality control, HR, fire and safety, and assistant positions. Engineer and officer positions include mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, civil engineer, chemical engineer, finance officer (CA/CMA/MBA), HR officer, and IS officer.
What are the required qualifications?
To apply for this recruitment drive, junior executive positions require a 3-year diploma in the relevant trade, while graduate degrees in any discipline (except engineering and medical) are acceptable for assistant positions. Engineer positions require a 4-year engineering degree in the relevant field. For certain positions, such as HR, quality control, and fire and safety, a degree or diploma in the relevant field is mandatory.
What is the age limit?
The maximum age for engineer and junior executive positions is 25 years. Age relaxation will be provided to reserved category candidates as per government regulations.
How much will the salary be?
Upon selection, candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹1,20,000. The annual package offered by the company can be up to ₹10.88 lakh (CTC). This includes basic pay, DA, HRA, retirement benefits, and performance-related allowances.
What will the application fee be?
The application fee for this recruitment is determined by category. Candidates from SC, ST, and PwBD categories will not have to pay any fee. Candidates from the General Category, Other Backward Classes – Non-Creamy Layer, or EWS will have to pay an application fee of ₹1,000. 18% GST will also be applicable, bringing the total fee to ₹1,180.
