UPI-Based Cash & Coin Machines Coming Soon

A major convenience upgrade is on the way for everyday transactions in India. State Bank of India, along with the Reserve Bank of India and the government, is planning to roll out cash and coin dispenser machines powered by UPI.

These upcoming machines will allow users to withdraw small cash and coins instantly using UPI, eliminating the need for debit cards.

• Withdraw ₹10 and ₹20 notes
• Get coins of ₹1, ₹2, ₹5, and ₹10
• No ATM card required
• Just scan a QR code and withdraw money

📍 Where Will It Start?

The pilot rollout will begin in cities like:

• Bengaluru
• Pune
• Chandigarh
• Shimla
• Vellore
• Amravati

Around 60 machines are expected to be installed in the next 3 months, mainly in crowded markets and public areas. Later, the service may expand to 13–14 states across India.
