The company has fixed the price band at ₹57 to ₹60 per share. The entire issue consists of a fresh issue of shares; there is no Offer for Sale (OFS) component. The company's post-issue market capitalization is estimated to be around ₹17,298 crore.

Lalithaa Jewellery IPO: Investment opportunity from August 17
Jewellery retailer Lalithaa Jewellery Mart is also launching its IPO on August 17. The IPO will remain open for subscription until August 19. The price band has been set at ₹190 to ₹201 per share. At the upper end of the price band, the company's valuation stands at approximately ₹11,250 crore. The company intends to use the proceeds from the IPO to expand its store network. The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to ₹1,200 crore and an OFS of up to ₹500 crore.

Sunshine Pictures IPO: Price Band Set Up to ₹360
The IPO of Sunshine Pictures Limited—a company owned by film and television producer-director Vipul Shah—valued at approximately ₹282 crore, will open on August 18. Investors will be able to place bids until August 20.

The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹342 to ₹360 per share. Promoters Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Shefali Vipul Shah will sell their stakes in the IPO; Vipul Shah will sell 20.31 lakh shares, while Shefali Vipul Shah will sell 10.06 lakh shares through the Offer for Sale (OFS) route. Anchor investor bidding for this IPO will take place on August 17.

Shankesh Jewellers IPO: ₹367 Crore Issue
The Shankesh Jewellers IPO will also open on August 18 and close on August 20. This Mumbai-based company is engaged in the wholesale jewelry business. The company has set a price band of ₹88 to ₹93 per share for the IPO. At the upper end of the price band, the company's valuation stands at approximately ₹1,367 crore.

The total size of the Shankesh Jewellers IPO is around ₹367 crore. It involves the issuance of up to 2.95 crore new shares, while up to 1 crore shares will be sold via OFS. Anchor investor bidding for this IPO is also scheduled for August 17.
