• The applicant must not be employed in any government or private job.

If a beneficiary secures a temporary job or starts any form of self-employment during the scheme period, the allowance will be discontinued immediately once the authorities are informed.

Mandatory Skill Training Requirement

An important condition of the scheme is participation in skill development training. Beneficiaries are required to complete a basic computer training course under the Skilled Youth Program, which is conducted by the Labour Resources Department.
