This means that if you have recently received a cylinder, a new booking will not be accepted until a full 25 days have elapsed. Additionally, the system often slows down—either due to a high volume of simultaneous users on the mobile app or website—which also contributes to booking-related difficulties.

Where to Lodge a Complaint
If your gas agency is unresponsive to your concerns or is deliberately delaying the process, you can lodge a complaint directly on the PG Portal. This is a government-operated platform where your grievance is routed directly to the relevant department, ensuring timely action is taken. To do so:

Visit the PG Portal website.
Create an account or log in.
Click on 'Lodge Public Grievance'.
Next, select the 'Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas' option.
Describe your LPG-related issue in the designated section.
Enter your Consumer Number and gas agency details, then click 'Submit'.
