Udan Yatri Cafe: Nowadays, most people travel by air; however, they often face significant inconvenience due to the high cost of food available at airports. Addressing this issue, Union Minister of Civil Aviation K. Rammohan Naidu has inaugurated 'Udan Yatri Cafes' at 11 airports across the country. The objective is to provide passengers with affordable and high-quality food. At these cafes, items such as tea, coffee, samosas, and water start at just ₹10, aiming to make the airport experience for passengers both better and more economical. **Udan Yatri Cafes Open at These Airports**
Union Minister of Civil Aviation Ram Mohan Naidu virtually inaugurated the Udan Yatri Cafes at 11 airports. These include Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport (Lucknow), Jay Prakash Narayan International Airport (Patna), Rajkot International Airport, Jammu Airport, Srinagar International Airport, Jaipur International Airport, and Devi Ahilyabai Holkar International Airport (Indore). In addition to these locations, Udan Yatri Cafes are already operational at airports such as Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Vijayawada, Itanagar, Bhubaneswar, Surat, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Mangaluru, Thiruvananthapuram, and Coimbatore.

**Samosas, Water Bottles, and Coffee Available for Just This Amount**
At the Udan Yatri Cafe, you can purchase tea for ₹10, coffee for ₹20, a snack for ₹20, and the 'Sweet of the Day' for ₹20. Furthermore, the menu—specifically regarding snacks and sweets—varies at each airport to cater to local tastes and preferences. Consequently, passengers can find *Vada Pav* at Pune Airport, *Vadai* at Chennai Airport, *Medu Vada* at Coimbatore Airport, and *Kachoris* or patties at Vijayawada Airport.

**Other Facilities Also Introduced**
In addition to the Udan Yatri Cafes, several other facilities have been introduced to enhance passenger convenience. A 'Flybrary'—a free library service for passengers—was also inaugurated at the airports. Additionally, special 'Kids Zones' have been created for children at the airport, and 'AVSAR' outlets have also been launched to promote products from Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
