Here is important information for daily train commuters. Due to essential track maintenance work in the Adra Railway Division, several trains have been cancelled, and the routes of others have been altered. Check the list below.

Essential technical work on the railway tracks in the Adra Division will lead to changes in train operations. If you travel on MEMU trains passing through the Adra Division, please check the latest train status before leaving home.

Trains with altered routes

Some trains will not run on their scheduled routes on specific dates. These include:

Asansol-Barabhum MEMU on September 4 and 6
Chakradharpur-Gomoh-Chakradharpur on September 1, 4, and 6
Kharagpur-Hatia-Kharagpur Express on September 2, 5, and 6
Tata-Asansol MEMU on September 4 and 6

Trains cancelled from August 31 to September 6

Asansol-Purulia-Asansol MEMU will not run on August 31 and September 3, 4, and 6.
Adra-Medinipur-Adra MEMU cancelled on September 1, 4, and 6.
Asansol-Adra-Asansol MEMU cancelled on August 31 and from September 2 to 6.
Adra-Bhaga-Adra MEMU will not run on September 6.

What passengers should do before leaving home
