Legal consequences: Performing stunts on railway property can lead to prosecution of individuals under the Railway Act.

Fines and penalties: Those involved in such dangerous behavior can be fined up to ₹ 1,000 and can be sentenced to up to three months in prison.

Risk to others: These stunts not only put the performer at risk, but also put innocent passers-by at risk, especially young individuals who may feel encouraged to imitate these reckless behaviors.

Parental involvement: Strict action is taken against minors caught performing these stunts, which often includes informing their family members about their behaviour.

Legal sections involved: Stunt performers can be charged under various sections of the Railway Act, including 147, 145, 154 and 156.
