In fact, Indian Railways has cancelled certain trains and diverted others during this specific period. These Trains Will Remain Cancelled
Train Number 68077/68078 Adra–Bhojudih–Adra MEMU will remain fully cancelled on March 17, March 19, March 20, and March 22, 2026.

Train Number 68090/68089 Adra–Midnapore–Adra MEMU will remain cancelled on March 17, March 20, and March 22, 2026.

Train Number 68079/68080 Bhojudih–Chandrapura–Bhojudih MEMU will remain cancelled on March 17, March 20, and March 22, 2026.

These Trains Will Be Diverted
Train Number 68056/68060 Tatanagar–Asansol–Barabhum MEMU Passenger will not run on its full route on March 16, 2026 (i.e., today). This train will operate only up to Adra station and will commence its return journey from there.

Train Number 18601 Tatanagar–Hatia Express will be diverted on March 18, 2026. Instead of following the Sini–Purulia–Kushtaur–Muri route, this train will run via Sini–Godbar–Muri. Due to this change in route, its scheduled halts at certain stations may be affected. 

These Trains Will Run Late
Train No. 63591 Bokaro Steel City–Asansol MEMU Passenger will depart from Bokaro Steel City approximately one hour later than its scheduled time from March 16 to March 20, 2026.

Train No. 18020 Dhanbad–Jhargram MEMU Express will also run approximately one hour late from Dhanbad on March 16, March 18, March 19, and March 22, 2026.
