Train Cancellations: If you are planning to travel by train, check your train's status beforehand. Special repair work is scheduled for the Muzaffarnagar-Deoband rail section, resulting in the cancellation of several trains.

Train Cancellations: People often prefer long-distance train travel because it is economical and offers the unique pleasure of enjoying the scenery along the way. However, imagine having a confirmed ticket and setting out for the station, only to discover that your train has been cancelled—this can certainly cause significant inconvenience.

If you are scheduled to travel by train on June 19, please note that special repair work to strengthen railway tracks and bridges on the Muzaffarnagar-Deoband section will take place. Consequently, some trains will be diverted to alternate routes, while others have been cancelled outright. Due to this "mega block," train operations on the "down line" of the Muzaffarnagar-Deoband section will be altered from the morning of June 19 (tomorrow) until the early hours of June 20.

Haridwar-Delhi
Haridwar-Bandra
Haridwar-LTT
Chandigarh-Madurai
Rishikesh-Sabarmati

A total of eight trains will be diverted via alternate routes; however, please note that the change in route may also affect their timings. Therefore, be sure to check your train's status before heading to the station.

Which trains will be cancelled?

It should be noted that a decision has been made to completely cancel certain trains due to this mega block. These include the Jalandhar-Delhi Express (14681/12018), New Delhi-Amritsar Shatabdi Express (12017/12018), Ghaziabad-Meerut MEMU (64555/64556), and Saharanpur-Delhi Vande Bharat Express (20411/20412).
