Train Cancellations: If you are planning to travel by train in the coming days, this news is for you. The South East Central Railway has cancelled several trains due to ongoing rail infrastructure work in the Bilaspur division.

Given this, if you have a train journey planned soon, it is important to be aware of this news. The South East Central Railway has cancelled multiple trains and altered the timings and routes of others due to infrastructure work in the Bilaspur division. This work is scheduled from June 22 (today) through July 5, 2026. Consequently, the railway has decided to cancel several trains.

Which trains will remain cancelled?

June 22 to July 3: 68737/68738 Raigarh-Bilaspur-Raigarh MEMU.
June 21 to July 2: 68746 Raipur-Gevra Road MEMU Passenger.
June 22 to July 3: 68745 Gevra Road-Raipur MEMU Passenger.
June 21 to July 2: 58204 Raipur-Korba Passenger.
June 22 to July 3: 58203 Korba-Raipur Passenger.
June 22 to July 3: 68734/68733 Bilaspur-Gevra Road-Bilaspur MEMU Passenger.
June 22 to July 3: 68732/68731 Bilaspur-Korba-Bilaspur MEMU Passenger.

Special arrangements for passengers

The cancellation of trains will certainly cause inconvenience to passengers. The Railways has made special arrangements to alleviate their inconvenience.

The 18250/18249 and 18252/18251 Korba-Raipur-Korba Hasdeo Express trains will also operate as passenger services on the Korba-Bilaspur-Korba section from June 22 to July 3.
Additionally, train number 18237 Korba-Amritsar Chhattisgarh Express will run as a passenger train between Korba and Bilaspur from June 22 (today) to July 3.
