TRAI: Now this is how you can complain against Jio, Airtel and VI, new portal launched..

Telecom users in India often face many problems such as slow internet speed, frequent network disconnection, call drop problems and sometimes the network disappears completely. Given all these problems, the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has taken many important steps for the convenience of the customers.
TRAI has recently taken a big decision, under which it has been made mandatory for all telecom companies to publicly upload their network coverage maps on their website. This will enable consumers to get information about the availability of the network in their area in advance and choose the service provider wisely.
Filing a complaint has become easy.
Apart from this, TRAI has taken another big step for the convenience of the users. Now mobile and broadband users can easily register complaints for problems related to their network. For this, TRAI has launched a centralized portal, where information about the complaint centers of all telecom companies is available in one place, that is, by visiting this portal, you can get the number of the nearest complaint center of your telecom company and also know its address.
How to register a complaint on the new portal
First of all go to https://tccms.trai.gov.in/Queries.aspx?cid=1.
Select your service provider, state, and district here.
After filling the information, the portal will show you the details of your nearest complaint center.
With the help of this portal, now customers can easily contact the concerned company for their problem.
