To enhance digital and creative skills, the government plans to launch ABGC Content Creator Labs. Under this plan, with the help of IIT Mumbai, such labs will be established in 15,000 secondary schools and 500 colleges across the country. Students will be able to learn skills related to digital content, gaming, animation, and new technology in these labs. The Finance Minister also announced the construction of girls' hostels in every district for higher education institutions.
