In this situation, the Railways, prioritising safety, have temporarily cancelled several trains. Routes passing through Bihar have been most affected, especially those passing through Siwan Junction. If you have planned a trip in the coming days or have already booked tickets, check the list first.

Several important trains were cancelled from December to February.

According to information released by the Varanasi division, more than four trains will be cancelled on multiple dates due to fog. First, train number 15903, the Dibrugarh Chandigarh Express, will not run on several dates in December, January, and February. Its services will be suspended on December 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, and 29. Furthermore, the train will be suspended on January 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26, and 30, and on February 2, 6, 9, 13, 16, 20, 22, and 27. Similarly, its return train, the 5904 Chandigarh Dibrugarh Express, has also been cancelled on several dates from December to February.

Train No. 15033-15034 Patliputra Lucknow Patliputra Express will also be cancelled from time to time. December 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 22, 23, 24, 29, 30, and 31 are particularly affected, as are January 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, and 28. In early February, this train will also be cancelled on February 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, and 11.

Several long-distance trains are also affected.

In addition, the 13019 Howrah Kathgodam Express on the Howrah-Kathgodam route is canceled on December 7, 14, 21, and 28, and January 4, 11, 18, and 25. It will also not run on February 1, 8, 15, and 22. Its return train, the 13020 Kathgodam Howrah Express, has been canceled on December 9, 16, 23, and 30, and January 6, 13, 20, and 27.

The Gwalior-Barauni Express and Barauni-Gwalior Express will also be unavailable on several consecutive dates. Both trains 11123 and 11124 will be canceled for several days in December, January, and February.
