For Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and NPS Lite subscribers, the PRAN opening and maintenance charge will be ₹15. There will be no additional fees on transactions.

2. Changes in Railway Ticket Booking:

From October 1st, the first 15 minutes of railway reservation opening will be open only to those with Aadhaar verification. There will be no change for those purchasing tickets from PRS counters. Railway agents will not be able to book tickets for the first 10 minutes of reservation opening. This is intended to prevent fraud in ticket booking.

3. Online Gaming Rules:
