These include an Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Proof of Residence, Bank Account details or Passbook, and a passport-sized photograph. To check the status online, applicants must visit the official portal of the scheme and enter their application number under the 'Track Application' option. Alternatively, for offline inquiries, information can be obtained by presenting the receipt at the local Block or Municipal office.
