The applicant must be a widow and a resident of Rajasthan state.
The applicant must be a permanent resident of Rajasthan or have been residing in Rajasthan for at least 3 years before remarriage.
The applicant must be eligible for a widow's pension according to the widow's pension rules.
The applicant's age should be between 18 and 50 years.
If the applicant has remarried before applying for this scheme, she will not be eligible.
