Many tasks can be done from home
With the new Aadhaar app, you will be able to easily change the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card. You will no longer need to visit an Aadhaar center for this. According to UIDAI, you can easily change the mobile number linked to your Aadhaar card by following the process given in the new Aadhaar app. In addition, other updates, including the Aadhaar card address, can also be easily done.
Features available in the mAadhaar app, such as biometric lock and virtual Aadhaar ID generation, will also be available in the new Aadhaar app. UIDAI has been developing this new Aadhaar app for a long time. In this new Aadhaar app, you can add multiple profiles simultaneously.
The digital verification process will be easier
The new app aims to encourage offline digital verification for Aadhaar holders and discourage the use of photocopies of Aadhaar cards. During this, UIDAI CEO Bhuvnesh Kumar said that the new Aadhaar app and its associated technology will promote offline verification. He said that offline verification would provide both users and organizations with a secure, convenient, and privacy-friendly method for identity verification.
