Lado Lakshmi Yojana: The Haryana government is continuously introducing new schemes to empower women financially. Recently, the government announced the launch of the Lado Lakshmi Yojana, which will now begin on September 25th. Under this scheme, eligible women will receive ₹2,100 per month.

The scheme will strengthen the economic status of women in the state. Like all government schemes, this scheme also has certain eligibility criteria. Women must meet these criteria to benefit. Let's find out if you can benefit from the Haryana government's scheme.

Which women will benefit from the scheme?

To benefit from the Lado Laxmi Yojana, which will be implemented on September 25th, a woman or her husband must have been a resident of Haryana for the past 15 years. The scheme covers women aged 23 and above, including both married and unmarried women. To qualify for the scheme, a woman's family must have an annual income of up to ₹1 lakh. Only then will they be eligible for benefits.

If a woman is already receiving benefits under any other scheme, she will not receive benefits. However, if a woman is suffering from a disease such as cancer, hemophilia, thalassemia, or sickle cell anemia and is also receiving benefits under other schemes, the government will provide benefits to such a woman even after receiving benefits from other schemes. If you meet all these eligibility criteria, you will also be eligible for benefits under the scheme.

How to Apply

Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Saini will launch the Lado Laxmi Yojana app on September 25th, allowing women to apply for the scheme. Documents such as an Aadhaar card, family details, and an income certificate are required to apply. After applying for the scheme, all applications will be verified by officials. If all documents are in order, eligible women will receive ₹2,100 per month directly into their accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer.
