First, visit the scheme's official website: https://mahtarivandan.cgstate.gov.in. On the home page, click on the "Beneficiary Application Status" option. Enter your beneficiary number, mobile number, or Aadhaar number. Fill in the captcha code and submit. Your payment status will appear on the screen.

What to do if the money has not been credited to your account?
If you have not yet received the installment amount, there is no need to panic. You can lodge a complaint either online or offline. The process for lodging a complaint is as follows:

Visit the official website. Click on the "Grievance" option. Enter your details (Aadhaar/Mobile/Beneficiary ID). Write a description of the issue. Submit.
Your complaint will be registered and investigated by the concerned department.
