Step 1. First of all, you have to open the IRCTC website or app on your computer or mobile.
Step 2. You will see the option of AskDISHA on the home screen. Tap on its icon.
Step 3. After clicking on AskDISHA, you have to say Ticket Book, this chatbot will ask for your travel details. In this, you will be asked for information like source station, destination station, date of travel, and rail class like sleeper, chair car, AC chair car, second AC, third AC and first class.
Step 4. Based on all the information given by you, this chatbot will show you the list of all available trains, timing and seat details.
Step 5. Now you have to select the train, class and seat. This chatbot will verify the information given by you.
Step 6. As soon as you verify the information, the payment page will open in front of you, the ticket will be booked on completion of payment and you will get the PNR number.
In this way, you will be able to book your ticket by speaking through IRCTC's virtual chatbot AskDisha 2.0. You will also get this ticket on mobile number and email, which you can show to the TT during the journey.
