Tatkal Waiting VS General Waiting: Which waiting ticket is more correct, who will the Railways confirm first?

Tatkal Waiting VS General Waiting Train Ticket: Those traveling by train must know about the waiting ticket. Indian Railways issues some 200-300 waiting for tickets even after the seats are filled. However, no concrete information is available on the basis on which the Railways decide the number of waiting tickets. However, there are many types of waiting tickets. The two types of waiting tickets we will talk about today are general and Tatkal waiting for tickets.
When you book a ticket somewhere 15-20 days before the journey and it comes in waiting, then you will see GNWL written on the ticket. It means that your ticket is on the general waiting list. If it is GNWL25 then there are 24 more people before you whose name is on the waiting list. When their ticket is confirmed then your number will come. Similarly, when you book a ticket in Tatkal and it comes on the waiting list, TQWL will appear written on the ticket.
Which of these will be confirmed first?
The first consideration in the waiting list is given to the general waiting ticket only. That's why only a general waiting ticket will be confirmed first. Getting waitlisted in Tatkal means that your chances of getting confirmed are less. If waiting is found in the Tatkal ticket booked online and it is not confirmed till chart preparation, then the ticket will be canceled automatically. That is, you cannot travel on the train by taking an online Tatkal waiting ticket. Before leaving home for the station, keep in mind that if the ticket is not confirmed then you will have to return.
Another reason is also that all the people who have taken waiting tickets in Tatkal, means they all have to travel. Just understand that everyone will board the train. In such a situation, the chances of cancellation of the ticket become negligible. If your first few tickets are not canceled, then your ticket cannot be confirmed. On the contrary, there are more chances of cancellation of tickets in the list of ticket holders in general.
