The Odisha government has distributed the first installment of the third phase under the Subhadra scheme. In this program held in Sundargarh district, Chief Minister Mohan Majhi transferred an amount of Rs 5,000 to the bank accounts of 20 lakh women. So far, 80 lakh women have joined this scheme. The government's target is to provide the benefit of the scheme to 1 crore women by December.

Under the Subhadra scheme, financial assistance of Rs 5,000 is being sent directly to the bank accounts of women. So far, an amount of more than Rs 1,000 crore has been transferred under this scheme. In Sundargarh district, 4.59 lakh women have registered themselves in this scheme. Out of these, 3.37 lakh women have received the money for the first installment of the third phase. This scheme has been started to make women self-reliant.

Visit the website subhadra.odisha.gov.in.

Click on “Beneficiary List”.

Fill in the district, panchayat, and ward details.

Check your name in the list.

If your name is on the list, the money will be transferred directly to your bank account. Necessary documents like an Aadhaar card, and bank account details have to be uploaded for the application.
