According to the IT Employee Union Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES), this offer has come after two and a half years. Under this, offer letters have now been given to 1000 selected candidates. These posts are of System Engineer and they have to join from 7 October 2024.

Company in discussion

The company has suddenly come into the discussion due to such a long delay. According to the PTI report, Infosys officials say that the offers we had given will remain the same as before. Those who have been given jobs by the company will be appointed, only some changes can be made to the dates.

Two years of waiting

The Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate is seeing this as a victory for the candidates and union who have been waiting for a job for two years. The IT Employee Union believes that even after two years, these engineers got the job as promised. Now they will be able to join from October 7. During this time, the candidates and the union stood together and passed through this difficult time with courage.

The IT Employee Union also says that the company has given offer letters to the selected candidates, albeit late. Now it remains to be seen that their joining takes place on the said date and there is no other problem. If any new problem arises or there is a delay in joining then protests will be organised against the company.
