Starlink: Soon you will get 'stormy' speed, Starlink is going to get green signal from the government..

Starlink, a company offering satellite internet, has been trying to enter India for a long time, but now it seems that the company's efforts are going to pay off. Recently, Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia has confirmed that Starlink will soon start offering service in India, from this one thing is clear that now only a few steps are left in the launch of Starlink.
After the Letter of Intent, Starlink is now waiting to get the GMPCS license. After getting the GMPCS license, final approval has to be taken from IN-SPACe, after getting the approval, Starlink will be able to start its service in India.
Before Starlink, OneWeb and Reliance have got licenses for satellite connectivity. Starlink, a company offering satellite-based internet in more than 100 countries, focuses on providing internet to places where internet infrastructure is not available through fast and low latency broadband.
Very little time is left for getting every signal from IN-SPACe and completing the Starlink process. Amazon is also busy getting licenses and approvals to start satellite internet service in India through Project Kuiper.
According to a report by The Economic Times, under the promotional offer, the price of Starlink company's unlimited data plans in India will start from $10 (about Rs 840). Only time will tell how successful Starlink's strategy of attracting customers at a low price will be. But if this happens, then other companies offering satellite internet in India will also have to provide plans at affordable prices.
People will benefit from the access to Starlink and other satellite internet in remote areas of India where there is a problem of connectivity.
