Bedtime mode: Once set, Bedtime mode gets activated automatically every night. As soon as the set time arrives, the screen dims and the grayscale mode turns on.
Screen time monitoring apps: Some apps track your phone usage by category and time. Lightweight apps only show statistics, while some apps block apps when needed. Initially, identify the apps that take up most of your time and set a limit for them.
Start with small changes: Take small steps instead of changing everything at once. If you have trouble sleeping, start using Bedtime mode. Add habits gradually.
