Ladli Behna Yojana: On May 13, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav released the 36th installment of the 'Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana' (Chief Minister's Beloved Sister Scheme) during a grand event held in Mungwani, Narsinghpur district. During the event, he transferred a total sum of ₹1,835,67,29,250 into the bank accounts of 12,522,542 women across the state with a single click. 

Furthermore, the Chief Minister bestowed a significant gift upon the district by inaugurating and performing the *Bhoomi Pujan* (groundbreaking ceremony) for 40 development projects worth over ₹296 crore. After acknowledging the warm welcome and highlighting the various development initiatives, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav remarked, "May Narsinghpur be protected from the evil eye."

**Ladli Behna Yojana Hailed as the Foundation of Social Security**
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that the Ladli Behna Yojana is not merely a means of financial assistance, but a vehicle for the dignity and empowerment of women. He described the scheme as a robust step taken by the government toward making the women of the state self-reliant. The Chief Minister noted that, to date, thousands of crores of rupees have been directly transferred into women's accounts under this scheme. He added that the current government has distributed approximately ₹46,000 crore through this initiative; when combined with the disbursements made by the previous government, this figure exceeds ₹55,000 crore.

**Key Announcements by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav**
A college will be established in Mungwani, Narsinghpur. A 250-meter-long bridge will be constructed over the Sher River at a cost of ₹24 crore. An AstroTurf surface for hockey will be laid at the stadium in Narsinghpur. A feasibility study will be conducted for the Budena Dam to enhance irrigation facilities.

**Taking Aim at the Congress: Politics Heats Up Over Women's Issues**
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav remarked, "We are living in a unique era today. Our party delivers on its promises—we walk the talk. A 'Gunda Raj' (rule of hooligans) was prevailing in Bengal, where Mamata was inflicting injustice upon the public with utter ruthlessness. The public—the ultimate sovereign—keeps a meticulous record of everything." During a session of the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that half of the country's population consists of mothers and sisters, and that they should be granted 33 percent reservation in the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies; however, the entire opposition—including the Congress, TMC, DMK, and the Samajwadi Party—insulted these mothers and sisters. On that very day, Prime Minister Modi remarked that while mothers and sisters may forgive anything else, they never forget an insult directed at themselves. 

In the elections, these mothers delivered a complete rout to the opposition. He noted that following the election results, the opposition began wailing in distress. I tell the Congress members: as you sow, so shall you reap. This was the consequence of the Congress party's actions. For us, our bond with mothers and sisters is paramount. Since forming our government, we have deposited approximately ₹46,000 crore into the bank accounts of our 'Ladli Behnein' (beloved sisters). When combined with the disbursements made by our previous government, this figure exceeds ₹55,000 crore.
