Sisters will get a government gift on Rakshabandhan, Rs 1500 will come into the account

Ladli Behna Yojana: This time, the Ladli sisters of Madhya Pradesh will get an additional shagun of Rs 250 along with Rs 1250 on Rakshabandhan, a total of Rs 1500 will come in the accounts. This amount can be released between 10 and 15 July. Women are deprived of the scheme on the basis of some conditions.

Ladli Behna Yojana: This time, a special gift of Rakshabandhan is going to be received in the Ladli Behna Yojana, which provides financial support to the women of Madhya Pradesh. Usually, under this scheme, an amount of Rs 1,250 is sent directly to their bank account every month to the eligible women. But keeping in mind Rakshabandhan (9 August 2025), Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced to give an additional Rs 250.

In this way, this time a total of Rs 1,500 will be transferred to the account of Ladli sisters. This additional amount will be given as a shagun so that the sisters can celebrate this holy festival with respect and happiness.

When will the installment come? Estimation about the date

Although no fixed date has been announced by the government yet, but according to sources, the next installment of the scheme and Rakshabandhan bonus can be released on any day between 10 to 15 July 2025. As before, this amount will reach directly to the accounts of women through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).

Know which women are not eligible for this scheme?

The objective of Ladli Behna Yojana is to provide assistance to the genuinely needy and economically weak women of the state. Therefore, on the basis of certain conditions, some categories are considered ineligible for this scheme:

Women whose family's annual income is more than Rs 2.5 lakh.

Whose family has anyone who pays income tax or does a government job (whether permanent, on contract or pensioner).

Who has or has a four-wheeler (except tractor) registered in the name of the family.
Those who have more than 5 acres of agricultural land.

Those in whose family there is a current or former MP/MLA, or any member is the chairman or member in a government board/corporation/mandal.

Those who are already getting ₹1250 or more per month under any other government scheme.

Those in whose family there are elected representatives of the local body (except Panch and Deputy Sarpanch).

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav says that "This is not just a scheme, but a symbol of respect and trust." Through this scheme, the government is not only providing financial assistance to women, but is also empowering them socially.
