Monthly financial assistance:

Under this scheme, the government provides a monthly stipend to underprivileged children: Boys get Rs 1000 per month. Girls get Rs 1200 per month.

Eligibility Criteria: To avail the Shramik Vidya Yojana, children must meet certain criteria:

The child has lost one or both parents.

Children whose parents are permanently disabled are also eligible.

Children whose parents suffer from serious illness and are unable to afford their education can also apply.

Additionally, applicants must come from landless families, to ensure that the scheme helps those most in need.
