Meanwhile, there is news that schools have been reopened for children in Ernakulam after the summer holidays. Classes from classes 1 to 12 have started from today. CM will inaugurate a program
Let us inform you that today Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the Praveshotsavam program in a government school. Its preparations have been completed. The state-level school reopening (Praveshotsav) event will be held at 9:30 am at Elamakara Government Higher Secondary School in Ernakulam, with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan presiding over the event.
This year, 2,44,646 children have been admission to Class 1 across the state. The admission process will continue throughout the week. At the same time, the government will focus on the enrollment of new students in Classes 5 and 8.

New books from this year
The last date for admission has been set as June 10. New books have been introduced for Classes 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 after the revision of the school syllabus this year. In higher studies, a four-year degree program starts on July 1.
