Schools for children opened after the holidays in this state, and classes started

However, the monsoon knocked in Kerala last week, which has brought some relief from the heat there. Meanwhile, there is news that schools have been reopened for children in Ernakulam after the summer holidays. Classes from classes 1 to 12 have started from today. Let us inform you that the Ernakulam District Collector has already informed everyone about this.

CM will inaugurate a program

Let us inform you that today Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will inaugurate the Praveshotsavam program in a government school. Its preparations have been completed. The state-level school reopening (Praveshotsav) event will be held at 9:30 am at Elamakara Government Higher Secondary School in Ernakulam, with Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan presiding over the event.

This year, 2,44,646 children have been admission to Class 1 across the state. The admission process will continue throughout the week. At the same time, the government will focus on the enrollment of new students in Classes 5 and 8.

New books from this year

The last date for admission has been set as June 10. New books have been introduced for Classes 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 after the revision of the school syllabus this year. In higher studies, a four-year degree program starts on July 1.
