This scheme can be applied offline.
First, Anganwadi workers and Asha workers collect information about all pregnant women nearby. This information is sent to the nearest hospital.
Now, all information is registered under RCH and entered online on the PCTS portal.
If someone doesn't have a Bhamashah card, they can also create one at an e-Mitra center.
