The country's three big banks, Yes Bank, ICICI Bank, and IDFS First Bank, have changed the rules of their savings accounts and cards today. The services of these banks have become expensive. Oil marketing companies have reduced the prices of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders by Rs 20. There was no change in the prices of the 14.2 kg domestic cylinders. Oil marketing companies have reduced the price of 19 kg commercial cylinders by Rs 20 from today.

The cylinder price in Delhi has now been reduced by Rs 19 to Rs 1745.50. Cylinder rates were reduced by Rs 20 in Kolkata. Now the cylinder will be available here for Rs 1859. In Mumbai, the cylinder will be available at Rs 1698.50, reduced by Rs 19. The price of cylinders in Chennai has become Rs 1911.

New rules of Yes Bank

According to the website of Yes Bank, the Minimum Average Balance (MAB) of different variants of savings accounts has changed from today. The minimum average balance in Account Pro Max will be Rs 50,000. There will be a limit of Rs 1,000 for the maximum charge.

The minimum balance in Savings Account Pro Plus, Yes Essence SA and YES Respect SA is now Rs 25,000. The maximum limit of charge for this account has become Rs 750. Now the minimum balance in Saving Account PRO will be Rs 10,000. There will be a maximum limit of Rs 750 for charges. These rules will come into effect from May 1.

New rules of ICICI Bank

ICICI Bank's services and charges have changed from today. The annual fee for debit cards has been increased to Rs 200. For rural areas, it is Rs 99 annually. There will be no charge for a checkbook with 25 leaves in a year.

  After that, Rs 4 will have to be paid for each leaf of the cheque. Charges will be levied on the IMPS transaction amount. It will be between Rs 2.50 to Rs 15 per transaction. It depends on your amount.

New rules of IDFC First Bank

Utility bill payment through IDFC First Bank credit card has become costlier from today. The bank will now charge a 1 percent surcharge. This will be for amounts more than Rs 20,000. Telecommunication, electricity, gas, electricity, internet service, cable service, water bills, etc. may be affected, in which large amounts of transactions take place. This will not be applicable on cards like First Private Credit Card, LIC Classic Credit Card, and LIC Select Credit Card. The airport lounge access service has also been cut.

Bank holiday

Banks are going to be closed for 12 days in May in the country. This includes Sunday, second, and fourth Saturday holidays. Due to Lok Sabha elections in the country, banks are going to remain closed in many states.
