Additionally, the woman must be a permanent resident of Delhi, and her family must have resided in Delhi for at least 10 years. Only one woman per family is eligible for this scheme.

**Which women will not receive the benefits of the Lakshmi Yojana?**
Women in Delhi who are already availing benefits from any pension scheme or receiving regular government financial assistance are not eligible for the Delhi Lakshmi Yojana. Ownership of a car or four-wheeler by the woman's family also renders her ineligible. Furthermore, the benefit will not be granted if any family member has a criminal record.

The application process for the Delhi Lakshmi Yojana is online. Applications must be submitted via the official portal, dly.delhi.gov.in. Certain documents are also required to be uploaded during the application process. Required documents include an Aadhaar card linked to a mobile number, a Delhi Voter ID card, a passport-sized photograph of the applicant, and proof of residence—such as a ration card, driving license, or an old electricity or water bill—demonstrating 10 years of residency. Additionally, a birth certificate, PAN card, and bank details (from a bank included in the government-approved list) must be provided.
